A trip down to Houston to see our good friends, side trip to Waco and Magnolia.

We stayed at Sirmione, a peninsula that juts into Lake Garda, before heading to Milan and flying home. The castle was built in the 14th century by the Scala Family of Verona, which ruled over Verona and the Venice area.

We spent time with our family in Aviano, Italy in September. Weather was very nice for most of the visit, really enjoyed time with the family.
