The Hulshizer Family

Had an excellent helicopter ride around the volcano, then the falls.  The pictures do not do justice to the view.

We went snorkeling with the fishes this morning outside the condo, then saw whales (I did, Leslie did not), living the dream.

Our last day in Hilo, first day in Maui

We are on the Big Island, visited the Botanical Gardens, very diverse and interesting stuff.

Can not believe that the extreme from sea level to the top of a volcano is this close to Hilo.  Did I mention that we were above the clouds?

Trip to Hawaii started in Honolulu, then Hilo on the Big Island, then Kihei on Maui.  

The ocean was really boiling, the water was hitting the rocks and going thirty feet into the air

Visit to Pearl Harbor, very humbling trip.

Had a great visit with the Germans for the Holidays.
