Blue Mosque, Turkish Daily News, and Farewells
- Woke up at 0700, breakfast downstairs
- Two hours of final language lesson and review test
- Visit Turkish Daily News headquarters in Istanbul. Tour by editor and copy-editor. Longest running English paper in Turkey
- Lunch at The Pudding House (chicken, rice, cheesecake, spinach, bread)
- Visit bazaar and then Sultanahmet Camii (Blue Mosque) across from Ayasofya
- Return to hotel to rest and pack
- Head to dinner in the middle of the Bogazaçi River on a floating island between Asia and Europe (kebab, lamahcan, bread, puffy bread, watermelon)
- Present gifts of appreciation to Arzu, Emre, Tuna, and Dede
- Return to hotel

Eric is with his wife Caitlin in Warner Robins, Georgia. He is a 2005 graduate from Edmond North High School in Edmond, Oklahoma. In May 2009, Eric received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from Oklahoma State.
